Clara Serra

She has a master’s degree in Advanced Philosophy Studies (UCM) and a master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Gender Studies (UAM) and has worked as a philosophy lecturer for years. Her political participation has centred on feminism, having been in charge of Podemos’ Equality Area since the party was established in 2017. She has been a member of Madrid’s regional parliament and a spokesperson therein. She has written two books: Leonas y zorras. Estrategias políticas feministas (Catarata, 2018) and Manual Ultravioleta (Ediciones B, 2019). She is currently a researcher at Universidad de Barcelona and writes occasionally for different media outlets.
